Warwick, RI Neil Amper of Capstone Properties has sold a 16,000 s/f mixed-use building located at 166 Bignall St.

The facility is on two levels, with the office on the upper floor and the warehouse on the lower level. 

Amper has had leasing responsibilities with the owner, PAR Associates, for 25 years, and the building has been 100% occupied for the entire 25 years.

The buyer was Genalco, and it is an expansion of their Rhode Island facility.

The sale price was $1.15 million.
