Anderson returns and Durmus-Pedini joins Diversified Project Management's staff

According to Diversified Project Management (DPM), Kris Anderson has returned and Alev Durmus-Pedini has joined its project management staff. Project manager Anderson has returned to DPM's Newton office. Anderson possesses in-depth expertise in the fields of facilities planning, construction management, preventative maintenance, relocation management, FF&E, and space planning in the academic and healthcare industry segments. Her prior experience includes six years of onsite project support at Harvard Business School on behalf of DPM as well as six years of experience working as an Assistant Project Manager for general contractors in Bensalem, PA; Wilmington, DE; and Winchester, MA. Durmus-Pedini has also joined DPM's Newton office as project manager. Durmus-Pedini is an experienced construction and facilities project management professional with an extensive background in architecture and sustainable building practices. Her past experience includes roles as internal project manager at HSBC Bank and Demirbank, managing retail and office space design and renovations in her native Turkey. Prior to joining DPM, she worked for CBRE in the Boston area managing rebranding initiatives and branch renovations for Santander Bank. Alev is a LEED Green Associate and possesses a bachelor's degree in Architecture as well as a master's degree in Project and Construction Management.
