Angel Commercial, LLC brokers industrial
warehouse sale for $1.6 million

Bridgeport, CT Angel Commercial, LLC, a leading commercial real estate brokerage, has completed the sale of an industrial warehouse at 1859 Commerce Dr., for $1.6 million. The property was sold by Theodore and Eleanor Bresky and acquired by Yury Berson.

This 23,652 s/f industrial facility, home to Henry Bresky & Sons, a family-owned food distribution company since 1955, represents a milestone in the industrial landscape.
