Press|Cuozzo facilitates 2,300 s/f property sale to Higher Collective
Hamden, CT In an off-market transaction, Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press|Cuozzo sold 3825 Whitney Ave. a 2,300 s/f free-standing building set on .78 acres to Higher Collective, a regional cannabis retailer with open locations in Hartford, Killingly, New London and Willington. Soon to open are Torrington, Bridgeport, and Hamden the 3rd quarter of 2024.
Press had previously sold the property to the owners of P & M Market that operated their fine foods and pizza restaurant from March of 2022.
The transaction closed on 3/21/2024 at $850,000. Press was the sole broker in the transaction.
