Angel Commercial completes $630,000 sale

Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial L.L.C., a Southport-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, completed the sale of 3546 Post Rd. for $630,000 to Riccio Realty. The new owner will occupy the entire 2,494 s/f building and launch an organic vegetarian café named Organika. Organika plans to open this spring serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
