Angel Commercial handles $7.366 million sale of 23.35 acres of industrial land
Orange, CT Acting as the exclusive listing broker, Angel Commercial, LLC, has sold a large parcel of industrial land totaling 23.35 acres for $7.366 million.
Previously owned by Indian River Road LLC, the property is located between Indian River Rd. and Edison Rd., and adjacent to PEZ Manufacturing Inc. The site is situated in a prime commercial area with access to I-95 and is near the FedEx building currently under construction.
“While actively marketing the property in its entirety, we identified an opportunity to maximize sales by subdividing the land which sold in four separate transactions,” said Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial.
