Angel Commercial L.L.C. brokers 5,003 s/f lease to My Salon Suite

Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial L.L.C., a Southport based commercial real estate brokerage firm, executed lease of 5,003 s/f office space at 427 Stillson Rd., to My Salon Suite. My Salon Suite is aimed at individual hair and beauty professionals who want to run their own business without the demands of owning their own salon. Each professional can lease a fully equipped, private area that can be personalized to suit. Currently there are 11 My Salon Suites located in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana and Mississippi with additional salons scheduled to open in Michigan, Arizona and Texas. Fairfield will host the first My Salon Suite in the state. 427 Stillson Rd. is a 20,860 s/f medical/professional building currently occupied by DaVita Dialysis and Dr. Thomas Braun, DMD. "The space at 427 Stillson Rd. is well suited for the My Salon Suite business model. They will occupy 3,503 s/f on the first floor and 1,500 s/f on the lower level, including a newly built patio area. Extensive renovations are underway and when completed there will be 24 individual suites. 3,397 s/f of additional lower level space remains available," said Angel, who represented the landlord, Stillson L.L.C. in the lease negotiations. The tenant was represented by Adam Klimek of Cushman & Wakefield. My Salon Suite is expected to open during Q1 2014. Angel Commercial is a full-service real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Fairfield County, specializing in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties on a local and national level.
