Angel Commercial leases 1.22 acres to Cumberland Farms

Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial L.L.C., a Southport based commercial real estate brokerage firm, has leased 1.22 acres of vacant land at 258-266 Boston Post Rd. to Cumberland Farms Inc, for the future home of their second convenience store and gas station. The triangular parcel was formerly Gloria's Garden Center, a forty-year-old family business. This landmark location benefits from 3 street frontages; Plains Road, West Clark Street and Boston Post Road and has easy access to I-95. Cumberland Farms recently received final approval from planning and zoning to construct a 4,500 s/f convenience store with clapboard façade, 10 gasoline pumps, and an outdoor picnic tabled dining area. Construction has already begun with completion planned for Q4 of this year.
