Angel Commercial leases 21,000 s/f to GAT at 578 Pepper Street in Monroe

According to Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial L.L.C., the firm executed a 21,000 s/f lease of warehouse and office space at 578 Pepper St., to GAT. GAT is a leading manufacturer of sports and fitness nutraceuticals and food supplements. Many of GAT's products are used by body building athletes and fitness enthusiasts worldwide. Brett Sherman, CCIM of Angel Commercial represented the tenant in their negotiations and Angel negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord. Sherman said, "Due to the company's continued growth, GAT required more space to support the marketing and distribution as well as the research and testing of their products. 578 Pepper Street will give GAT the warehouse and office space they need to continue to expand their thriving business."
