O,R&L Commercial sells New Haven apartment building for $800,000
O,R&L Commercial, LLC completed the sale of 200-204 Alden Ave. Richard Gold and Frank Hird of O,R&L represented the landlord, Nipote LLC. The buyer, Fountainville LLC, was represented by Frank D'Ostilio of Wareck D'Ostilio Real Living.
The nine unit apartment building, in the Westville neighborhood near the Yale Bowl, was comprised of seven 1-bedroom and two 2-bedroom apartments. The sale price was $800,000, and reflects the strong demand for this type property.
O, R&L Commercial LLC, with offices in Branford and Rocky Hill, represents landlords and tenants in the office, retail, medical, investment and industrial markets.
