Angel Commercial leases 3,600 s/f at 301 Commerce Drive to Champion Maintenance
Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial LLC, has leased 3,600 s/f of office and storage space at 301 Commerce Dr. to Champion Maintenance Services LLC (CMS).
CMS provides commercial cleaning, facility maintenance and construction/remodeling services for New York and Connecticut. Its new facility located at 301 Commerce Dr. offers the company larger office space and storage to accommodate its continued growth.
"Champion Maintenance needed to expand its current office space and wanted to stay in Fairfield. Commerce Dr. was the perfect solution," said Angel, who represented both the landlord and tenant in the lease negotiations.
