The tenant is Crossfit Force Five of Wallingford, LLC. The tenant is a partnership of four individuals who will operate a physical training facility. The tenant was represented by Kevin Geenty SIOR and the landlord, The Verna Family Insurance Trust, was represented by Kristin Geenty SIOR. Bill Clark, senior vice president of The Geenty Group, Realtors has leased a 2,000 s/f industrial unit in a multi-tenant facility at 55 Eastern Steel Rd., Milford. The new tenant is Carol Barber of Firestop Associates, Inc. The tenant will use the space for its construction company specializing in fire and smoke stop work. Clark represented the landlord, Connors Properties, LLC. The tenant was represented by Mark Glassman of Arnold Peck's Commercial World in Milford. Bill Clark, senior vice president of The Geenty Group, Realtors also leased a 1,024 s/f industrial unit in a multi-tenant facility at 11 Sycamore Way, Branford. The tenant is L & J Upholstery, LLC. Partners Lauren Cromer and Joseph Lopez plan on using the space for their upholstery business. The landlord is Gray Eagle Corp. Clark was the sole agent in this transaction. Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors, subleased 200 s/f within a 600 s/f office space at 28 Long Hill Rd., Guilford. The sub-tenant is Karen Mazzarese, Ph.D., and Karen Rosenthal, MS, LCSW. They will share the office space with the sub-lessor, Christopher Greene, LCSW, a psychotherapist. Stratton was the sole agent in this transaction.
