Angel Commercial leases 3,600 s/f to KraftPowercon in Fairfield
Swedish based KraftPowercon, Inc establishes its U.S. headquarters in a 3,600 s/f industrial building located at 35 Webster St. (aka 38 Duka Avenue).
KraftPowercon is a Swedish global power supply and service company with plants in Sweden, India and China and representatives worldwide. The company was established in 2010.
Brett Sherman, CCIM, senior vice president of Angel Commercial LLC. represented both the landlord and the tenant in the lease negotiations.
