Michel and Fellah of HK Group finalize $2.45 million sale

Ralph Michel, senior vice president, and Franco Fellah, executive vice president at HK Group, finalized the sale of the properties at 356 Black Rock Turnpike, 63 and 75 Duka Ave. Fairfield for $2.45 million. The two-story commercial building built in 1979 includes 7,639 s/f on the first floor and 6,827 s/f in the upper story and sits on 0.58 acres zoned designed industrial. 63 Duka Ave. is a 1,498 s/f single family home on 0.14 acres; 75 Duka is a single-family home on 0.14 acres. Both are zoned designed industrial. Christopher Cortese, managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the buyer, Rajat Gupta: Michel and Fellah represented the seller Frank Zemola. Attorney David Dworski represented the seller, attorney Brian Fatse represented the buyer: both law offices are located in Fairfield.
