Milford, CT Jon Angel, president of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C., completed the lease of 4,110 s/f of flex space at the Quarry Road Business Park at 260-284 Quarry Rd.
“The Quarry Road Business Park is just minutes from I-95 making it a convenient location for many businesses,” said Angel who represented both the tenant and landlord in this transaction which brings the occupancy to 87%. “There are only four additional units available at the Quarry Road Business Park ranging in size from 1,457 s/f to 3,591 s/f consisting of office, flex and warehouse spaces.”
