Angel Commercial leases 9,566 s/f to AutoParts International

Stratford, CT Jon Angel, president of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C., completed the lease of 9,566 s/f of industrial space located at 120 Allen St., to AutoPartsInternational Inc., a Massachusetts-based corporation. “The space had been on the market for less than two months,” said Angel, who represented the landlord in this transaction.

AutoParts International is a full-range supplier of replacement parts to the automotive aftermarket for both foreign and domestic nameplate vehicles. They distribute their products through wholesale distributors across North America and have company-owned wholesale stores in New England, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida.

“With easy access to I-95, the site is ideally located for an auto parts supplier,” said Angel. “AutoParts International has signed a long-term lease. This lease deal brings the facility to 100% occupancy.”

Vance Taylor of Commercial Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
