At a time when many companies are downsizing, Innoteq Inc., a leading, innovative coated products laboratory and pilot manufacturer, is expanding its operation. "In just one year, Innoteq Inc. has increased its manufacturing and warehouse space by 74% which they lease in the 53,500 s/f building located at 555 Lordship Blvd.," according to Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial LLC, the Fairfield-based commercial real estate brokerage firm that represented Innoteq Inc. as well as the building owner in this transaction.
"In order to meet increased market demands, Innoteq Inc. has leased an additional 3,530 s/f of space bringing its current total use to 8,280 s/f," said Angel.
Focusing on the future of pharmaceutical and consumer products, Innoteq's mission is to provide the technology and equipment for developing and manufacturing rapid dissolve thin films, slow dissolve films and film coated/non woven products.
