Milford, CT Thomas Luthy, a franchise owner of Mosquito Squad, has purchased 240 Depot Rd., a 19,714 s/f industrial condominium, for $1.325 million, according to Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, LLC. The property was purchased from Irving Associates LLC in an off-market transaction.
