Fairfield, CT Angel Commercial, L.L.C., completed the sale of a 24,866 s/f commercial office building located on 1.05 acres at 418 Meadow St. for $2.9 million.
Senior vice presidents at Angel Commercial, Brett Sherman, CCIM, represented the seller, and Lester Fradkoff represented the buyer.
Owned by BAO Partners, LLC, the building was purchased by Julian Enterprises, headquartered in Milford.
