Norwalk, CT Elmcrest Inc., a Conn. real estate investor, has purchased a commercial property at 12 Elmcrest Terrace for $1.525 million, according to Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, LLC. The seller was Taloney Associates, LLC. Angel served as the sole broker in the transaction.
12 Elmcrest Terrace is a fully leased 7,890 s/f mixed-use building on .49 acres in a D Residence Zone.
“This is a sale/lease back transaction,” said Angel. “Urology Associates of Norwalk have a long-term lease and will remain in the commercial portion of the building. The two apartments are rented to medical professionals at Norwalk Hospital, located directly across the street from the subject asset. Furthermore, we continue to see strong interest from the investor market seeking fully leased opportunities.”
