Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate sells 3,380 s/f mixed-use property

Old Greenwich, CT Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented the owner of 280 Sound Beach Ave. in the sale of their 3,380 s/f mixed-use property.  The property and adjoining parcels had been owned by the family since the 1950s and once served as the primary residence. The retail building has been occupied by Old Greenwich Tailor & Cleaners since 1958.  The rear two-story building contains two one-bedroom apartments.  The 3,380 s/f buildings were sold to a local investor.

Laure Aubuchon and Penny Wickey of SCRE represented the seller of 280 Sound Beach Ave. Allan Murphy of Newmark represented the buyer.
