Angel Commercial sells three properties Van Zant St. portfolio for $1.8 million

East Norwalk, CT Angel Commercial, LLC negotiated the sale of the Van Zant St. portfolio for $1.8 million. Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, represented the sellers, owner-operators of the former Casale’s Autobody business. Charles Schemera, the buyer, was represented by DVB Commercial Realty LLC.

The portfolio included three commercial properties totaling .72 acres, formerly occupied by an auto body shop that had expanded over the years. The properties — located at 7, 9, and 10 Van Zant St. — were marketed as a redevelopment or owner-user opportunity and attracted interest due to their prime location and flexible zoning.

“The Van Zant St. portfolio presented a rare opportunity for buyers seeking to reposition or redevelop commercial assets in a highly accessible and growing area of Norwalk,” said Angel.

“Its strategic location near I-95, Rte. 7, the East Norwalk Metro-North Station, and vibrant local amenities made it especially appealing.”
