Vidal/Wettenstein sells 2,500 s/f auto mechanic shop for $450,000

Norwalk, CT 131-135 New Canaan Ave., a 2,500 s/f auto mechanic shop, has been sold. The site consists of an automotive repair shop and an adjoining parcel. The property sold for $450,000. The seller was Pepper Partners and the purchaser was 131 New Canaan LLC. The plans for the property were not disclosed, although there is an automotive tenant in the building.

This sale is the fifth property that Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein has sold for the owner, Pepper Partners. Wettenstein was hired to dispose of the company’s assets which included a shopping center in Newtown, a parcel of commercial land in New Milford, an auto repair facility in Ridgefield, and a property on Kings Hwy. in Fairfield. The New Canaan Ave. site was the last piece to be sold.

Wettenstein represented both parties.
