Angel of Angel Commercial leases 29,000 s/f to RoadWerx at 60 Research Drive

Milford, CT RoadWerx, a full-service independent marketing, and promotions agency, has signed a long-term lease for an additional 29,000 s/f of space on Research Dr., according to Jon Angel, president of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C., who represented both the tenant and landlord in this transaction. 

With headquarters at 60 Research Dr., Roadwerx offers a comprehensive suite of strategic planning and management, imaginative design, custom fabrication, and production services.

“It is great to help a business grow and remain in Connecticut,” saidAngel. “Roadwerx will now occupy the entire building at 60 Research Dr. plus additional space across the street.”
