United Multi Family brokers $7.6 million sale of 72-unit Park Ridge Apartments in New Haven

New Haven, CT United Multi Family brokered the sale of a 72-unit apartment building known as the Park Ridge Apartments located at 10 Hard St. for $7.6 million ($105,556 per unit). 

The property is a project-based, section 8 apartment complex that houses senior tenants. Handled by Kurt Cawley of the New England office, the property totals 70,951 rentable s/f in a 9-story elevatored apartment building built in 1979. Due to knowing the most active and qualified buyers in the Conn. marketplace Cawley was able to sell the property in an “off market” transaction.
