Shelton, CT Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial LLC, a Southport-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, completed the long-term lease of 4,250 s/f of class A office space at 2 Corporate Dr. to Kinetix International Logistics, LLC.
Kinetix, founded in 1986 and specializing in domestic & international household goods moving, cargo & logistics sourcing and corporate relocation management, has moved their N.Y. regional office from Fairfield to Shelton in order to accommodate their expansion needs.
