Guralnick of O,R&L leases 3,300 s/f to Lester Inc.
East Haven, CT According to O,R&L, Richard Guralnick, CCIM has completed a lease transaction at 100 South Shore Rd., a 48,171 s/f class A office building on Long Island Sound. The tenant, Lester Inc., has taken 3,330 /f of office space with options for additional adjacent space in the building. Lester Inc. has…“evolved from an outsourcing company to a company with a unique portfolio of product and services…[Lester’s] remote technical support service offering has now expanded to include Microsoft, Dell, HP, Norton, McAfee and every major PC as well as Antivirus Brand.
The tenant was represented by Richard Guralnick, CCM of O,R&L and the landlord, MGRE, Co., LLC represented themselves in the transaction.
