Milford, CT Jon Angel, president of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C., completed the lease of 6,419 s/f of commercial space located at 260-284 Quarry Rd. Business Park, to Caldwell & Walsh Building Construction Inc.

Founded in 1983, Caldwell and Walsh, a premier construction company in the region, has offices in Sandy Hook, Conn., Boston and New York City. They will be using the space on Quarry Rd. for their warehouse needs.

“The location provides quick access to and from I-95, Exit 40,” said Angel, who represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction. “There are five additional spaces available at this location ranging from 1,300 to 3,591 s/f.”
