Angel of Angel Commercial, LLC represents Seaboard in 32,000 s/f leases

Seaboard Industries, Inc. has opened a pool and spa supply warehouse at 100A Benton St., leasing the entire 32,000 s/f industrial flex property. This is Seaboard's only additional warehouse outside of New Jersey, where the business celebrates its 66th pool season as a successful family run business. "The company chose Stratford for its location, in order to better serve their existing strong customer base", said Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial LLC, who represented the tenant in their search and in the lease negotiations. Rob Shawah of Baldwin Pearson represented the landlord, Ernest Trefz. Chris Rauschenbach, president of Seaboard, said, "Searching for a new location is always a tedious task. There are so many variables. Having met Jon Angel was a blessing. He and his firm know the market. Jon pinpointed a bunch of buildings that fit our needs within days of our request. After we agreed on the location, Jon saw the process through until the end. He was also instrumental in negotiations." Seaboard Industries wholesales many different chemicals equipment and parts for the pool and spa industry and currently have three locations in the tristate area. Angel Commercial is a full-service real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Fairfield County, specializing in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties on a local and national level.
