Angel of Angel Commercial sells 785 Post Road East for $1.2 million

Westport, CT Jon Angel, president of Southport-based Angel Commercial LLC, completed the sale of a mixed-use property located at 785 Post Road East. The 2.5-acre property sold for $1.2 million from George Essenfeld Trustee and Lewis Meriwether to Coastal Construction Group LLC.
Coastal Construction Group LLC, known for their new luxury home construction, plans to use the 5,000 s/f building for additional office space.
“The property at 785 Post Road East gives Coastal Construction Group the extra space they need to accommodate their growing business,” said Angel, who represented the seller in this transaction. “The facility is minutes from I-95 and is centrally located to Westport’s prime retail market.”
