Angel of Angel Commerical LLC handles 5,500 s/f lease for ProBatter Sports

According to Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial L.L.C., ProBatter Sports has signed a long-term lease for 5,500 s/f of flex space at 49 Research Dr. ProBatter Sports, the inventor and world leader in video pitching simulators for baseball, softball and cricket, will be moving their headquarters to this location from 15 Old Gate Ln. "With both ample office and warehouse space, the location provides a more efficient layout for their planned use," said Angel who represented both the tenant and landlord in this transaction. ProBatter Sports will join other tenants, including the Data Signal Corp. and Cross-Fit Milford. In January, Cross-Fit Milford leased 6,000 s/f at this location in a transaction in which Angel represented the landlord. "Situated less than one mile from exit 40 off I-95, this property is ideal for many businesses and Milford's affordable lease rates are attractive to companies looking to lower their occupancy costs," said Angel. ProBatter Sports' simulators are used at all levels for baseball, softball and cricket worldwide. Their customers include major league baseball teams and players as well as major college baseball and softball programs. "ProBatter Sports was created to provide a better way to teach and practice hitting," said Greg Battersby, ProBatter Sports' founder and patent attorney. The ProBatter product line has substantially expanded since its inception in 1999 with products such as the ProBatter II retrofit kit for commercial batting cages, ProBatter Professional Softball system, ProBatter Cricket machine, and a host of ancillary products.
