Arnold Peck completes $700,000 land sale
Southbury, CT The land parcel at the corner of I-84 and Rte. 67 consisting of 7.5 acres has been sold by Arnold Peck of Arnold Peck’s Commercial World for $700,000. This land had been for sale for years and it was a challenge to locate the right developer and use for the land sitting at the four-way interchange of Fairfield, Hartford, New Haven, and SMSA. It shares 1000 ft. of frontage at the intersection of I-84 and Rt. 67, is a residential zone, with no commercial use permitted.
