Milford, CT According to Arnold Peck’s Commercial World, Arnold Peck, real estate broker, was responsible for the sale of 222 Broad St. which closed on August 14.

The 1,392 s/f brick building on 0.25 acre, was most recently a gas service station that was operated by Dean Swanson and was considered a landmark in downtown.

Peck assisted in all phases of this transaction, which took over 2 and 1/2 years to complete. Peck represented both the buyer and seller as a dual agent. He diligently worked to help the buyer obtain bank financing, Phase I & II Environmental, consulting on canopy construction and obtaining zoning approvals for a convenience store.
