Russell and Lombardo of Pearce Real Estate negotiate 5,000 s/f lease

East Haven, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, senior commercial broker Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR and  Richard Lombardo, CEM, associate commercial broker both in the company’s Milford office, have negotiated a 5,000 s/f lease at 17 Commerce St.

Russell advised the lessor, Joseph Zalman of Ultra-Optics, Inc.  Lombardo represented the lessee, Mickey’s Transportation, which specializes in the installation of bank ATM machines, vaults and interior set ups of teller stations throughout institutions in New England. The company’s president and owner is Mickey D’Agostino, an expert in the field.
