Aron of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate handles 7,000 s/f lease to Party Express Rentals

Framingham, MA Marlene Aron, senior broker at Metrowest Commercial Real Estate, has completed one of the largest retail leases in downtown since Sweet Home Furniture renovated the 9,000 s/f former CVS space several years ago.

Party Express Rentals has leased 7,000 s/f at 20 Concord St., Rte. 126. The store was most recently an Aaron’s Rents location.

Aron, who represents the owner, A & E Realty, Ronald Isaacson, trustee, said, “The three tenant store block is now fully leased. Party Express Rentals will join Alliance Jiu-Jitsu and Concord Dental of Framingham - Dr. Mason Uvaydov. All three tenants have helped bring the Framingham community on-site owner operated services and are making Downtown Framingham become a more vibrant place.”

The 20 Concord St. location will be a family run business. Party Express Rentals’ owners are husband and wife Fabricio and Kelly Costa. They will be opening their 2nd location and will have a huge showroom to display more rental products than they are able to showcase at their current Marlboro location. They offer trampolines, tables, party decor for rent as well as party and wedding planning services.
