Summer Street Grocers leases 3,200 s/f at The Shops at Summer Street Crossing

Chelmsford, MA Summer Street Grocers has committed to occupy 3,200 s/f for the next 10 years at The Shops at Summer Street Crossing located at 7 Summer St. The retail storefront was leased by Eric Szczepkowski, partner and executive vice president of Tri Town Retail Advisors, who represented the owners of the retail property and procured the tenant. The Shops at Summer Street Crossing offer services, clothing, fitness, and restaurant options catering to a vast number of customers throughout the area

“A grocery store in this part of town is a home run for the area. Summer Street Crossing has been home to a grocer for nearly three decades most recently M&H Oriental Grocers who had been there for 20+ years. This new operator has a really exciting plan for the space and we’re all looking forward to shopping there,” said Szczepkowski.

Tri Town Retail Advisors is a retail and hospitality-focused commercial real estate brokerage firm, offering landlord and tenant representation services, development strategy, and investment sales in New England and Florida.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
