Senie of EAC Properties and Febbraio of The Compass Commercial handle 3,100 s/f lease
Fairfield, CT Andreas Senie of EAC Properties at The Higgins Group and Tom Febbraio of The Compass Commercial-Febbraio Group, have brokered the lease of 3,100 s/f of retail space in Fairfield Woods Plaza on Black Rock Tpke., to Blue & Berry Market. The store will offer a Fresh Fish Market along with pre-cooked meals to go and an adjoining bakery. This will offer shoppers yet more reasons to visit the town’s unique mix of shopping.
Senie, managing partner at EAC Properties, said, “This business is one of many looking to open in Fairfield.”
Blue & Berry Market is set to open in mid-May,filling the need for fresh seafood and quality baked goods.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
