Aron of MetroWest Commercial Real Estate handles 3,200 s/f lease

Marlene Aron of MetroWest Commercial Real Estate, has leased 3,200 s/f at 248 Worcester Rd., Rt. 9. The new tenant, Fitness Equipment Northeast, a multi-store chain with over 20 years experience in the fitness equipment sales business, will open a store featuring high-end equipment in the newly renovated site. The grand opening will be this month. Presently, there are other locations in Needham and Nashua N.H. featuring PRECOR, Lemond known to be one of the finest precision made fitness products available.
