September 15, 2010 - Front Section
According to Cushman & Wakefield, Akibia, Inc. has renewed its lease of 42,000 s/f at 20C Forbes Rd. Akibia was represented by Cushman & Wakefield's executive director J.R. McDonald and associate Stephen Woelfel, while the landlord was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
"Akibia ultimately decided that staying put was the best financial decision for them," says Woelfel. "After touring the market, they realized that 20 Forbes Road fit their needs for the future. For a strong company such as theirs, the I -290 Industrial Park was the best fit."
