Aron of MetroWest Commercial Real Estate represents Cygnus Blandin LLC in $3.175 million sale

Framingham, MA Marlene Aron, senior broker of MetroWest Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller, Cygnus Blandin LLC, in the sale of 92 Blandin Ave. The property is a 160,000 s/f, 4-building industrial complex.

The buyer, a large private entity, plans to renovate the buildings, add security cameras to the site, new lighting and upgrade some of building’s systems. 92 Blandin Ave. fit nicely into their portfolio of commercial properties and apartments nearby.

The tenant roster included long term tenants - International Auto Parts, West Springfield Auto Parts, Phillips/Lifeline, Atlantic Importers and Media Boss.

The selling price was $3.175 million. Aron is being retained by the new owners to represent them as the exclusive listing broker.

At the time of the sale, the building was 30% vacant with space ranging from 3,666 s/f - 23,991 s/f high-bay space.

Aron said, “The new upgrade package will make 92 Blandin Ave. a very desirable site for 10,000 - 24,000 s/f tenants to include on their property tours now.”
