Aron of Metrowest Commercial sells
three property portfolio for $1.235m

Framingham, MA Marlene Aron, principal of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate negotiated the sale of three properties owned by Blue Moon Realty Trust. Aron was the sole broker in all three transactions representing Blue Moon R.T. Attorney Joblin Younger represented the seller and was instrumental in the transactions.

The properties include:

125 Waverly Street - Framingham, MA

• 125 Waverly St.: Located off Rte. 135, this 1,270 s/f retail building is operating as Friendly Pizza, and was sold for $359,900. Financing was provided by MutualOne Bank. The buyer was represented by attorney David Nigro.

908 Concord Street - Framingham, MA

• 908 Concord St.: Located off Rte. 126, this 2,281 s/f office building sold for $525,000 and was sold to the tenant who used the property for his company’s headquarters.

914 Concord Street - Framingham, MA

• 914 Concord St.: Located off Rte. 126, this 1,650 s/f two level building, was sold for $350,000 to the tenant who operates a beauty salon at the site.
