36-unit multi-family property for $10.5 million

Holbrook, MA Dennis Kelleher, John Pentore and Jason Kulik of Horvath & Tremblay completed the sale of a 36-unit multi-family property. 174 Pine St. sold for $10.5 million and $291,667 per unit.
