Boston, MA Arrowstreet, Inc. has brought onboard corporate brand strategist and commercial real estate veteran Laurel Sibert as its chief marketing officer. As CMO, she oversees marketing of the firm to support client relations, drive new business and promote Arrowstreet’s diverse, award-winning work in mixed-use, office/lab, residential, hospitality, retail and education as well as pioneering innovations in virtual reality, planning and sustainability that are advancing the real estate industry.

Having held leadership roles at some of the largest public and private commercial real estate and retail development firms in the United States, Sibert brings an extensive background in creating and implementing strategic partnerships as well as sales-driving events and promotions. In addition, she identifies and leverages staff speaking engagements and participation in key organizations focused on architecture and development.

Prior to joining Arrowstreet, Sibert established the Boston office for CO OP, a branding agency in New York that specializes in commercial real estate and the positioning for large complex projects. She also led the corporate brand strategy and all facets of multi-channel marketing for WS Development’s portfolio of 88 mixed-used shopping centers with 4M square feet under development including Seaport Sq. The bulk of her career was spent as the vice president of marketing for Simon Property Group’s New England portfolio of 21 regional shopping centers and mixed-use properties.
Sibert serves on the marketing and membership committee of NAIOP Mass. and has received numerous awards for her work including ICSC Development of the Year, ICSC Maxi and Merit Awards, The BBJ’s Top Development and Simon Choice Awards. She earned her Bachelor’s in Communications at Bridgewater State University.
