Arrowstreet promotes three to principal and five to associate principal

Boston, MA Arrowstreet has promoted three leaders to principal and five to associate principal. Kate Bubriski, Lauren Haggerty, and Jason King have been promoted to principal. Justin DiCristofalo, Christine DiLallo, Tavis Frankel, Katy Lillich, and Tina Soo Hoo have been promoted to associate principal.

Kate Bubriski, AIA, CPHC, LEED AP BD+C, Fitwel Ambassador, focuses her work on creating healthy, equitable, and sustainable communities. She tackles challenges that seem logistically impossible and finds creative solutions to make them happen. She works closely with clients to enhance their missions and meet project goals. Her expertise in net zero, embodied carbon, integrated design, materials evaluation, occupant engagement, and building certification is integrated into all of our projects.

Lauren Haggerty is the Director of Arrowstreet’s Graphic Design Studio, which was named Best Graphic Design and Wayfinding Firm in the Northeast by Architect’s Newspaper in 2021. Renowned for her work with environmental graphics, wayfinding, and signage, Lauren uses her talent, leadership, and experience to deliver high-quality design for clients in the academic, retail, hospitality, and corporate arena, as well as civic projects including libraries, museums, and parks. She is passionate about transforming complex navigational challenges into clean and beautiful signage and wayfinding programs that allow people to navigate a space in an effortless manner.

Jason King, AIA, LEED AP, is an Architect and Project Manager for some of Arrowstreet’s large-scale, mixed-use development projects. An expert in managing historic renovation and adaptive reuse projects, he was the Project Architect on Congress Square, a 500,000 SF adaptive reuse, mixed-use development in downtown Boston, and is currently leading the renovation of the Edison Power Plant Turbine Hall.

Justin DiCristofalo, AIA, has a dual background in architecture and construction management, he is experienced in coordinating all aspects of building systems from design through construction. Justin brings a unique perspective on design detailing and documentation that contributes to the success of a wide array of projects.

Christine DiLallo, RA LEED AP BD+C, has spent years developing a portfolio with a focus on diverse projects, which has fostered her expertise in technical documentation and coordination. Paired with her passion for client engagement, she takes pride in creating successful final products. She is currently leading the façade design for Seaport Circle.

Tavis Frankel, AIA, specializes in lab planning and programming for academic and corporate environments. Throughout his career he has been involved in projects of all sizes; from a few hundred square foot lab fit-outs, to 1,000,000+SF, cutting-edge pharmaceutical research facilities. His detailed and thoughtful approach guides the process from conceptual design through construction documents for technically complex projects.

Katy Lillich, AIA, LEED AP, MCCPO, has a diverse background in architectural design, and for the past 10 years she has focused on her expertise in K-12 education projects. Katy considers how design will impact every building occupant, especially the smallest learners, and loves to create special moments the students will hold dear in their memories for years to come. Katy has worked on all phases of design, from schematic design to construction administration, giving her a holistic and comprehensive perspective of the entirety of the design process, and leading to her expertise in project delivery.

Tina Soo Hoo, AIA, is an accomplished and precise project manager who designs stimulating, 21st Century learning environments for K-12 students and the dedicated educators who teach them. Placing herself in the shoes of a young scholar, she’s energized by imagining how different age groups will move through, interact with, and experience the space. She relishes the complex puzzle of shepherding projects with tight budgets and strict timetables through to the finish line. In her quarter-century of practice, she has significant experience in design, management, construction documents, and construction administration on both small- and large-scale academic facilities, mixed-used projects, master planning, and space planning.
