ASM expands legal hotline to employment law
Boston, MA For many years, ASM’s Legal Hotline has provided members with quick answers to legal questions on construction bidding, payment or contract issues, courtesy of the construction law experts of Corwin & Corwin LLP, which has served as counsel to ASM for more than 60 years.
Now, we are pleased to make the legal hotline available to members for questions on employment law issues as well! Experienced employment attorneys David Wilson and Catherine Reuben of Hirsch Roberts Weinstein are available for questions on wage and hour laws, hiring and termination and more – including the state’s still-new Sick Leave Law, which is an ongoing challenge for many employers.
