A quarterly tradition for many years, ASM will now offer the very popular Safety Roundtable meetings every two months. It was apparent to ASM's Safety Committee chair, Mike Boyle of Boyle Construction Safety Services, that there was a demand to offer the meeting more frequently. A planning committee will develop the schedule of topics for 2012, in collaboration with our Safety Alliance partners from OSHA and DOL. They will continue to be free and open to all members.

The next Safety Roundtable is scheduled for January 25 and will touch upon noise hazards, their effects and preventive measures. Additional Safety meetings will be held on March 21 and May 23.
