Bryan Atherton, CCIM, president of Atherton & Associates, recently closed the sale of 33 Main St. Atherton represented Flintridge Development Co. in the acquisition of the property for the price of $775,000. The site is located in the heart of the town, a busy traffic hub, centered around the iconic flagpole. The building was approximately 60% leased upon sale. The 7,900 s/f building is a mixed-use property, including retail tenants on the first floor and lower level and office tenants on the second floor. The site is also improved by a small stand alone building which has been used in the past for retail uses. Atherton utilized his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) skills to determine the asset had an attractive return on investment with potential upside upon renovations of the historic building.
