Atlantic Commercial brokers sale of 12,905 s/f industrial facility

Attleboro, MA Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC brokered the $695,000 sale of 40 John Williams St., a 12,905 s/f industrial building. The facility features fully air-conditioned warehouse space, office spaces, heavy power and public sewer.

The Atlantic Commercial brokerage team of James Kearins and Mark Kearins represented the seller, The AB Group.

“With strong demand and increasingly scarce supply for industrial spaces in the Boston industrial market, 40 John Williams saw significant demand from users and investors alike” said Kearins, principal of Atlantic Commercial.

Atlantic Commercial limits its commitments to commercial and industrial brokerage along Rtes. 128, 495, 95, 24 and other connecting corridors so that each assignment may be successfully completed.
