Atlantic Commercial Real Estate completes $1.975 million sale
Walpole, MA Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC completed the sale of the 19,312 s/f warehouse building on a 1.28 acres lot, located at 36-40 Renmar Ave. to The Marion Group LLC for $1.975 million.
Bryan Glennon and Mark Kearins of Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC brought both the seller, and the buyer to the table.
