Atlantic Commercial Real Estate represents DeAngelis Iron Works in $2.475 million sale

Easton, MA Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC has brokered the $2.475 million sale of 46 Eastman St., a 25,010 s/f industrial building situated on 2.52 acres. The facility features high-stud warehouse, loading docks, drive-in doors, office and flex spaces, mezzanine storage and parking.

The Atlantic Commercial brokerage team of James and Mark Kearins represented the seller, DeAngelis Iron Work, and procured the buyer.

“With strong demand and increasingly scarce supply for high bay warehouse, 46 Eastman St. represents a ‘diamond in the rough’ for the Boston industrial market” said James Kearins.

Atlantic Commercial limits its commitments to commercial and industrial brokerage along Rtes. 128, 495, 95, 24 and other connecting corridors so that each assignment may be successfully completed.

Through over 30 years of experience and specialization in their target market, Atlantic Commercial has mastered the art of negotiation and developed the extensive contacts needed to bring the transactional results.
